How to File a Grievance

Consensus Agreement, Article Five, Grievance Procedure and White Collar/Food Service Agreement, Article Seven, Grievance Procedure gives you all the steps you need to take to file a grievance.   Your Association Representative is your first resource should you find you need to file a grievance.  If your school/site doesn't have an AR, the Advocacy Committee here at TEA is ready to assist members with any of the steps.
